Biraj Silwal (CS) takes home 1st Place in UNM & CNM's Mobile App Contest

Biraj Silwal, a senior in Computer Science, has already shown us all his app-building skills when he developed our succESS app. But, he's done it again! On January 28, 2022, he competed in the UNM & CNM's Mobile App Contest for the app he developed through the UNM Basic Needs Project. The app is called LoboEats and is planned to connect food-insecure students to free food options across campus. This will also help reduce food waste, which has a great environmental and financial benefit, too. Congratulations, Biraj!
