Incoming Student Summer Bridge Program

Camps for High School Students

  • Engineering Summer Academy: 4-week no-cost, day program
  • Summer Transportation Institute: 3-week no-cost residential program

CISTAR Research Program 

  • Engage in full-time research and educational activities while learning about CISTAR’scutting-edge energy research and career options in the energy sector here at UNM 
  • Tentative dates: June 9 - July 18, 2025 (6 weeks)
  • This program is open for ascending HS Seniors or incoming UNM first year students (preferred Chemical Engineering major).
  • Submit your resume and Cover Letter to ess@unm.edu with the subject line "CISTAR Young Scholars" by April 15
