Career Development Workshops
ESS offers students opportunities throughout the semester to prepare for industry visits, interviews and the annual Engineering & Sciene Career Fair (normally held in the fall) by offering a number of presentations and workshops. The goal of the professional development workshops is to assist the student in obtaining summer internships to gain valuable 'on-the-job' engineering work experience. ESS works closely with the UNM Career Services office to provide a number of career preparation services to engineering students.
The topics include: Resume Rescue, Mock Industry Interviews, How to Work a Career Fair, etc.
